The campaign exceeded expectations, creating measurable impact in both digital growth and real-world engagement.
Across platforms, WOW 2025 reached over 3.5 million users and generated 5.7 million impressions through paid ads, achieving 4.8 million total video views on Facebook alone. The campaign drove 42,000+ page visits, 24,000+ clicks, and boosted engagement across both the WOW and British Council Pakistan pages, totaling 24.7 million views and 8.5 million link clicks.
On Instagram, follower growth increased by 1,662, bringing the total to 9,500+, with over 1.3 million impressions, 537K accounts reached, and 15K+ content interactions during the campaign period.
Most importantly, paid media efforts resulted in a 30% increase in footfall from Lahore, directly tied to geo-targeted ad pushes and social engagement.
Through this campaign, WOW not only expanded its digital footprint but also deepened its cultural relevance evolving from an event into a movement that celebrates women’s creativity, leadership, and unity.
The project reaffirmed the power of digital storytelling to build real communities and bring together women across backgrounds, industries, and aspirations. For me, developing WOW’s digital identity was a reminder of how strategy, empathy, and creativity can converge to create something truly meaningful, a space where women empower women.
